Spot commission

The 9% spot commission is deducted from the member and not from the client. The member is not entitled to ask the client to pay the spot commission. The member must submit his final offer immediately after taking into consideration the spot commission that will be deducted from the amount he put in the offer.

Refund via spot

The balance is returned by the owner of the project (the customer) opening a technical support ticket in which he requests a refund according to the cancellation and refund policy, and bank commissions, if any, are deducted.

Suspension of accounts and cancellation of orders

Spot has the right, without being obligated, to delete or hide offers or requests that violate the terms of the site or those that cause harm to the site or its users, without referring to the user:

• The client’s attempt to defraud the member (the owner of the establishment) by obfuscating the request.
• The user caused any harm towards any other user or spot application/website
• The member (the owner of the establishment) evades paying the platform commission via external payment, and the ban is final and direct.
• Insisting on communication outside the Spot platform without necessity
• The member publishes incorrect pictures or information in his offers list.
• Impersonation of another person on the site.
• The creation of more than one account by the member and their use for any reason
• Posting fake or spam projects
• Using Google AdWords to advertise the member’s services or any other content of the application/website

Transactions between users and preservation of rights

Spot guarantees the rights of the two parties in the event that they adhere to the terms and in the event that the agreement between them is completely clear from the beginning.

Your sharing of any private, banking, or other personal data with users is at your own risk, and this is not related to any payment operations you make on the platform, as these are 100% secured and are not data sharing.

• “Spot” is committed to the list of prices and discounts approved by the beneficiary (the owner of the facility) of the service and provided to customers.
• The member (establishment owner) is obligated to enter his facilities and the price list or provide the service provider “Spot” with a list of prices and discounts approved by him so that the service provider can include them in the application for customers.
• The member (the owner of the facility) is obligated to enter the available times and prices for customers to rent the facility.
• The member (establishment owner) is obligated, in the event of canceling a customer’s reservation without informing him, or if an error occurred in the reservation by the beneficiary of the service, to return the money paid by the customer and compensate them with a free reservation.
• Registration in the application means agreeing that the member (establishment owner) pays Spot an amount of (9%) nine percent for each reservation made through the use of the application.
• The “Spot” application does not bear the responsibility resulting from the errors and actions of the facility’s management. The application is considered an intermediary between all parties only, without assuming any responsibility.
